Patients with dental insurance:
Clifton Park Dental does not have a contract with your insurance company.

We are not responsible for what benefits your insurance company pays on a claim; the amount or percentage paid is

determined by the contract you or your employer has set up with the insurance company. Our insurance coordinators

will assist you as best they can in estimating your portion of the cost of treatment.

You must bring your insurance card with you to your first appointment or notify us of any changes to your insurance as soon as possible.

As a courtesy to our patients, we will file your insurance claim on the same day of your appointment.

All insurance claims are filed electronically thus allowing your insurance company to receive your claim within days of treatment.

*We do not work with any state-funded insurance plans such as Medicaid, Fidelis,

CDPHP, Healthplex, or DentaQuest.

New to the office?

If a new patient doesn't have a specific dental issue to address, their initial visit at our clinic will consist of a dental cleaning with necessary X-rays and a thorough examination by one of our dentists. This examination covers assessing the jaw joint for temporomandibular disorders, screening for oral cancer, and identifying any dental issues like cavities and periodontal disease. During this visit, both the dentist and patient will collaborate on a treatment plan, and the patient will depart with a scheduled appointment to begin treatment.

Paying for your visit:

It is the policy of Clifton Park Dental to receive payment for professional services no later than the date of service.

Payment for all dental services and procedures is expected on the day of service. We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards. Additionally, we have partnered with third-party financing options that offer low monthly payment plans for eligible individuals.
